Morrisville, North Carolina, United States, April 2025 – Regan Wyatt has been promoted to Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at IQVIA, taking on expanded responsibilities in leading strategic hiring initiatives across the organization. In this elevated role, Regan will focus on driving talent acquisition strategy and operations to support IQVIA’s dynamic workforce needs in the life sciences and healthcare technology sectors.
Regan has been an integral part of IQVIA for over six years, most recently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager, where she played a key role in supporting global hiring strategies, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement across business units. Her ability to align recruitment strategies with business growth contributed significantly to the talent success at IQVIA Biotech.
Prior to that, Regan served as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at IQVIA, where she managed end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles, particularly within the clinical and scientific domains. Her consultative approach and deep industry knowledge helped streamline talent pipelines and optimize the candidate experience.
Earlier, Regan worked at Novella Clinical Resourcing for over six years as a Senior Recruiting Consultant, where she developed recruiting best practices and supported talent needs for clinical trial management. Her expertise helped position Novella as a preferred staffing partner for biotech clients.
She began her career at ClinForce, where she spent nearly nine years, progressing from Recruiter/Team Lead to Director, Recruiting. During her tenure, she built and led high-performing recruitment teams and contributed to operational enhancements in life sciences staffing.
