Tallinn, Estonia, November 2025 — Regiina Martin has been appointed as the Head of Global People Services EMEA at Transcom, a leading global provider of digitally enhanced customer experience (CX) services. In this role, she will oversee the company’s HR operations and shared service delivery across the EMEA region, supporting over 20,000 employees and driving excellence in people processes, compliance, and employee experience.
Regiina’s career at Transcom spans more than five years, during which she has played an instrumental role in optimizing HR systems and leading cross-regional people operations. Most recently, she served as Global HR Project & Process and GPS EMEA Manager, where she managed HR shared service teams and led large-scale transformation initiatives to streamline global HR workflows. Her efforts have focused on modernizing processes, leveraging HR technology, and building efficient, scalable HR operations for a workforce exceeding 30,000 employees worldwide.
Before her global role at Transcom, Regiina served as Head of HR for Estonia Retail & Distribution Northern Europe at Inchcape Motors Estonia, where she successfully merged multiple business units and led complex change management programs. Her leadership extended to Finland and Northern Europe, where she focused on improving employee experience and aligning people strategies with organizational growth objectives.
Earlier, she was an HR Business Partner at Playtech, one of the world’s leading gaming technology companies. In this role, she acted as a strategic partner to business leaders, managing talent development, performance, organizational design, and employee branding initiatives.
Regiina’s earlier experiences include HR leadership roles at Diapol Granite, Wärtsilä, and Elering AS, where she contributed to building robust HR frameworks and fostering culture transformation. She began her HR career as a Headhunter and HR Manager at HR Factory Estonia, and her early professional experience includes roles in back-office operations at Tele2 Eesti AS.
