In this strategic role, Remadevi will lead the company’s human resources function, driving initiatives to foster talent, innovation, and a culture of excellence as LatentView continues to expand its presence in the digital transformation space.
Remadevi Thottathil brings over 15 years of rich experience in HR leadership to her new role. Prior to joining LatentView Analytics, she served as CHRO at Bahwan CyberTek, where she spearheaded HR strategies that supported the company’s global operations, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development over her nearly five-year tenure.
Earlier, Remadevi was Global Head of Human Resources at Marlabs Software Pvt. Ltd., where she played a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performing culture, and driving global HR transformations.
She also served as a talent management leader at ITC Infotech and as DGM-Human Resources at the UB Group, contributing significantly to employee engagement and organizational growth.
Remadevi’s earlier experience includes roles as HR Business Partner at UST Global and HR Lead at IBS Software Services, where she gained a wealth of expertise in human resources operations, talent acquisition, and employee development.
