Sanand, Gujarat, India, November 2024 – Siddharth Jain has taken on the role of Global Head – Talent Acquisition & Management at CG SEMI Private Limited, a subsidiary of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, part of the prestigious Murugappa Group. In this pivotal position, Siddharth will lead global talent acquisition and management strategies, fostering a high-performing and inclusive workforce to support CG SEMI’s vision of transforming India’s semiconductor industry.
Siddharth Jain brings over two decades of HR leadership and expertise to his new role. Prior to joining CG SEMI, Siddharth was Senior General Manager – Human Resources at Arvind Limited, where he led talent acquisition, culture management, HR operations, and learning & development initiatives, driving organizational excellence for over six years.
Previously, Siddharth served as Head – Talent Acquisition & Management at Adani Ports and SEZ, where he spearheaded recruitment strategies, leadership development programs, and process innovations for seven years, contributing significantly to the group’s growth.
Earlier in his career, Siddharth held key roles at Randstad India, where he managed regional operations, turnkey assignments, and high-profile recruitment initiatives across industries. His HR journey began at Indiacom Limited, where he gained experience in business development.
