Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland, March 2026 – Remi GANNE has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer at Empik Group, following a series of progressive leadership roles within the organization.
Remi has been with Empik Group for over two years, most recently serving as Acting Chief Marketing Officer and previously as Senior Marketing Director. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in strengthening brand performance, driving integrated marketing strategy, and accelerating omnichannel growth across Poland. His elevation to Chief Marketing Officer reflects the impact of his leadership during a transformative period for the Group.
Before joining Empik Group, Remi led the Brand & Product Marketing division at Allegro as Head/Director of Brand & Product Marketing. He managed a 45+ member team across Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia, delivering record brand and performance metrics, revitalizing brand strategy, and spearheading international expansion and rebranding initiatives. His work earned recognition at the Effie Awards, where he also served as a juror.
Earlier in his career, Remi spent over eleven years at Procter & Gamble, holding multiple senior marketing and eCommerce leadership roles across Central Europe and EMEA. He led Pampers’ business across 10 markets in Central Europe, drove significant eSales growth in Poland, Ukraine, and the Baltics, and delivered strong performance across Gillette and P&G Professional portfolios. His tenure at P&G was marked by consistent commercial growth, digital transformation initiatives, and talent development across cross-functional teams.
Remi holds a Master of Science in International Business from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
