Almaty, Kazakhstan, March 2026 – Darya Sycheva has started a new position as Chief Marketing Officer at Bereke Business, a division of Bereke Bank, further strengthening the bank’s leadership in corporate and business banking marketing.
In her new role, Darya will lead the marketing strategy for Bereke Business, focusing on brand positioning, customer engagement, commercial growth, and innovative financial solutions tailored to small, medium, and large corporate clients across Kazakhstan.
Prior to this appointment, she served as Lead Commercial Marketing Manager for Kazakhstan and Central Asia at Yandex Cloud, where she led regional commercial marketing initiatives and supported cloud adoption strategies across key markets.
Earlier, Darya spent over eight years as Head of Marketing Department at InformConsulting LLP, driving B2B marketing strategy, digital and offline campaigns, partner marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs. During her tenure, she successfully led a corporate rebranding initiative and contributed to the company’s recognition in the Forbes Kazakhstan list of the “Top 25 Fastest Growing Companies” as well as the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2021 awards.
She began her marketing career as Marketing Manager at New Yorker in Almaty, where she focused on market research, segmentation, advertising effectiveness, and multi-channel campaign execution.
