Reshu Madan Joins Havells India Ltd. as President & SBU Head

Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2025 — Havells India Ltd. has appointed Reshu Madan as President & SBU Head, effective December 2025. In this role, he will lead one of Havells’ strategic business units, bringing decades of leadership experience across power cables, EPC, electrical products, and large-scale infrastructure businesses.

In his most recent assignment prior to joining Havells, Reshu Madan was associated with Sterlite Power for over seven years. During this period, he progressed through multiple senior leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer, Director – Commercial, Business Head – Power Cable, and Senior Vice President – Power Cable Business. His tenure at Sterlite Power involved end-to-end responsibility across P&L leadership, commercial strategy, and business growth within the power and cable segment.

Before Sterlite Power, Madan served as Head – EPC at TBEA Energy India Private Limited, where he was responsible for overseeing EPC operations across locations including Vadodara and Gurugram. His role focused on managing complex project execution environments within the energy and electrical infrastructure domain.

Earlier, he worked with Sudhir Gensets Limited as Director, handling business operations related to electrical products and EPC. Prior to this, he spent over fifteen years with Crompton Greaves (CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited), where he held multiple leadership roles including Business Unit Head – Engineering Projects Division, Head Marketing & Tendering – EPD, Marketing Head – GIS, and Head Marketing – MV Switchgear. His responsibilities spanned P&L leadership, marketing strategy, tendering, and sales operations across India and the Asia-Pacific region.

Madan began his professional career with Encardio Rite Electronics Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales Engineer, laying the foundation for his long-standing career in electrical engineering, infrastructure, and industrial businesses.

Reshu Madan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.
