Carlos brings a wealth of experience from previous senior roles within the hospitality industry, including significant stints at Hilton Hotels Corporation, Caesars Entertainment, and MGM Resorts International. Notably, as the Senior Vice President and CFO at Aria Resort and Casino, he spearheaded efforts that significantly boosted profitability through strategic operational improvements and judicious capital management.
