Tel Aviv District, Israel, March 2026 — Cato Networks has appointed Reut Zukrel Fogel as Director of Compensation & Benefits, where she will lead the company’s global rewards strategy as the organization continues its rapid global expansion.
In her new role, Fogel will be responsible for building and driving Cato Networks’ global compensation and benefits strategy, designing competitive and scalable reward programs to attract and retain top talent. She will work closely with executive leadership, finance, and legal teams to develop equity and incentive frameworks while leveraging data-driven market analysis to ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive.
Prior to joining Cato Networks, Fogel served as Head of Global HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits at Check Point Software Technologies, where she led worldwide HR operations and compensation strategies. In this role, she managed global headcount and compensation processes, including salary benchmarks, merit cycles, and benefits programs, while providing HR analytics insights to executive leadership and the board.
Earlier, she worked with NICE Ltd. as Global HRIS Project Manager & People Analyst, where she played a key role in managing global HR information systems and analyzing workforce data to support HR business performance. Her responsibilities included working with enterprise HR systems, supporting global HR processes, and leading HR analytics initiatives.
Before transitioning into HR operations and analytics leadership roles, Fogel served as HR Business Partner & Recruiter at Edea AMC Ltd., where she managed recruitment processes, employee engagement programs, and HR policy implementation across the organization.
She began her professional journey in talent acquisition as a Technical Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist at Experis Israel, recruiting for technology positions across the high-tech sector.
Earlier, she also served in the Israel Defense Forces, where she held HR leadership roles focused on organizational development, HRIS systems, training program development, and workforce planning.
With extensive experience across HR analytics, compensation strategy, HRIS transformation, and global HR operations, Reut Zukrel Fogel brings strong expertise in designing data-driven rewards frameworks that support high-performing and people-first organizations.
