Istanbul, Turkey – November 2024 – Revna Baykal has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Nusr-Et, the globally recognized steakhouse brand. In her new role, Revna will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, strengthening employer branding, and enhancing talent acquisition strategies to support Nusr-Et’s growing global footprint. With a background in talent and rewards management, Revna’s expertise will be instrumental in building a robust workforce aligned with Nusr-Et’s culture of excellence and unique brand identity.
Before joining Nusr-Et, Revna Baykal held the role of Total Rewards Manager at Doğadan, where she was responsible for budgeting, salary planning, and the design of compensation structures, including flexible benefits. Her contributions were pivotal in aligning rewards management with workforce planning to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
Prior to that, Revna spent over a decade with DHL Express Turkey. She served as a Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations Supervisor, where she managed employee satisfaction initiatives, surveyed HR practices, and provided leadership training. Earlier at DHL, Revna held roles as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist and Recruitment & Training Specialist, honing her skills in talent acquisition, compensation benchmarking, and employee engagement.
Revna’s early career includes HR internships at DOĞUŞ İNŞAAT VE TİCARET A.Ş. and Ernst & Young in Istanbul, where she gained foundational knowledge in HR functions, supporting her progression in the field.
