Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2025 – Richa Sharan has been appointed as the Vice President – Human Resources at MathCo, a global leader in Enterprise AI and analytics solutions. With over 16 years of HR leadership experience, Richa brings a strong track record of aligning people strategy with business objectives across top-tier organizations.
Prior to joining MathCo, Richa held the role of HR Senior Manager at Accenture, where she led critical people programs and served as a strategic HR business partner, contributing to talent development and operational excellence across functions in Bengaluru.
Before that, Richa spent nearly 11 years at Infosys, where she rose through the ranks from Lead Business Partner HR to Senior Manager – Business Partner HR. In her tenure, she was responsible for end-to-end HR strategy and operations for a horizontal business unit of over 8,500 employees spread across multiple geographies. She successfully led transformation initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce optimization.
Earlier in her career, Richa served at Tech Mahindra as Assistant Manager – HR, where she helped set up and manage HR operations for the BSG division in Kolkata, handling the employee lifecycle for a center with over 3,400 employees.
Richa holds advanced degrees from Warwick Business School and the Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, and is a certified coach from Erickson Coaching International. Her deep expertise in business partnering, strategic agility, and employee development positions her well to lead MathCo’s people and culture strategy.
