Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, March 2026 — Bosch Home Comfort Group India has appointed Rishi Mehta as Executive Director–Finance & Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this expanded role, he will take on responsibilities beyond his current CFO mandate, with a focus on financial strategy, M&A integration, and driving key business priorities including go-to-market execution and cost management as the organisation advances under the Bosch brand transition.
Rishi’s appointment comes at a time when the Bosch Home Comfort Group is strengthening its footprint in HVAC, supported by its residential and light commercial HVAC acquisition completed in August 2025. His remit is expected to play a key role in ensuring disciplined financial governance and execution focus as the business integrates, scales, and accelerates performance in India.
Rishi brings deep finance leadership experience across industrial and manufacturing environments. Prior to this appointment, he served with Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited as CFO and Director Finance, leading finance leadership responsibilities from the Ahmedabad region. Before that, he served as CFO and Senior Vice President, strengthening senior leadership exposure across financial planning, control, and business performance management.
Earlier, he worked as CFO at Adient India Private Limited (formerly Johnson Controls Automotive Limited), where he was responsible for finance business partnering, developing and training finance teams, and supporting accelerated decision-making with overall P&L accountability.
Before joining Adient, he served at Johnson Controls as Manager – Commercial Finance and Costing, supporting commercial finance, acquisition and integration work, consolidation, strategic planning and execution priorities, and negotiating process rates across key supply categories.
Rishi previously worked as Manager – Finance at Delphi, where he led the finance function and supported a turnaround within Delphi Automotive Systems Private Limited (Packard Division). Earlier, he held a Manager – Finance role at Flextronics Design CE (India) Pvt. Ltd., where he led finance and supported integration of financial policies and practices post acquisition.
He began his early corporate finance journey in Audit Advisory with SP Nagrath & Co, building foundations in audit and financial reporting.
