Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Rishi Tiwari has joined Kotak Life as Senior Vice President Human Resources, bringing with him an extensive background in HR leadership across diverse industries. In this role, he will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation, reinforcing Kotak Life’s position as a people-first organization in the life insurance sector.
Prior to joining Kotak Life, Rishi Tiwari served as Director of Human Resources at REA India, where he played a key role in HR strategy development and employee experience initiatives. Before that, he was Vice President – Human Resources at Max Life Insurance, where he contributed to building a robust employee-centric culture and enhancing HR transformation and business partnerships for a workforce of over 35,000 employees.
Earlier, Rishi spent over five years at Hilton, where he progressed through multiple leadership roles, culminating in his position as Cluster Director of Human Resources. His tenure included leading pre-opening HR operations at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Manyata Embassy Business Park, Bengaluru, and implementing HR transformation projects across multiple properties.
His journey also includes a successful five-year tenure at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he held progressively senior HR leadership roles, including Associate Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Delhi. His experience in the hospitality, real estate, and insurance sectors has given him a strong foundation in HR strategy, leadership development, and talent management.
