New Delhi, India, January 2025 – Rita Misra has joined TARC India as the Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing her extensive HR leadership experience to one of the largest real estate development companies in the New Delhi Metropolitan Area. In her new role, Rita will lead human resources strategy, talent management, and organizational culture initiatives, driving TARC India’s growth and innovation in the real estate sector.
Prior to joining TARC India, Rita served as Head HR – North & East at Tata Realty, where she led strategic HR initiatives for nearly six years, focusing on talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. She played a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Before her tenure at Tata Realty, Rita held leadership positions at JLL India, including Head HR (PDS & Emerging Businesses), where she successfully implemented cross-functional HR strategies and advanced learning and development frameworks. Her earlier career includes significant roles at Aon Hewitt, Genpact, and AOL, where she honed her skills in talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.
