Pune, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 – Ritesh Joshi has joined Kirloskar Ferrous (KFIL) as Chief Human Resources Officer, where he will spearhead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on leadership development, workforce engagement, and organizational transformation. His appointment marks a significant step in strengthening KFIL’s people-centric agenda as it prepares for its next phase of growth.
Ritesh most recently served as Regional Sr. Director – People and Culture, India at Vontier, where he led strategic HR initiatives across diverse business segments. Prior to this, he was Director – Human Resources at Gilbarco Veeder-Root India, where he drove people strategy and organizational development, enhancing talent management and workforce alignment.
He spent more than thirteen years at Cummins India in multiple HR leadership roles, including Labour Relations Leader for India, China, and Asia Pacific, where he focused on industrial relations, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness across geographies. His tenure at Cummins also saw him lead HR for the Components segment, and manage IR and administration across multiple plant locations, developing a strong foundation in managing scale and complexity.
Earlier in his career, Ritesh was associated with General Motors as Manager HR, where he led critical HR functions, and with Mahindra & Mahindra for nearly thirteen years, where he held leadership roles in Manufacturing and Training, building deep expertise in both business operations and HR development. His career reflects a rich blend of industrial relations, organizational leadership, and HR transformation.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur with a PGCHRM in Human Resource and an MBA from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Ritesh combines strong academic grounding with over two decades of hands-on leadership experience in HR across leading global organizations.
