This milestone reflects her outstanding contributions to the firm’s strategic initiatives and product transformation efforts over the past several years.
Riya began her journey with Goldman Sachs in 2021 as a Product Strategy Senior Analyst, where she played a key role in enhancing operational frameworks and delivering innovative product design solutions. Her strong analytical mindset and collaborative approach quickly established her as a trusted partner in driving strategy and execution across teams.
She advanced to the position of Product Strategy Associate in 2023, focusing on product lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. During this period, she contributed to several cross-functional programs that streamlined delivery efficiency and strengthened product-market alignment within the firm’s global ecosystem.
Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Riya gained valuable early experience through internships at Acer and Brick Eagle Affordable Housing Finance Ltd, where she explored sales, marketing, and finance operations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Christ University, Bangalore, graduating with distinction.
As Vice President, Riya will continue to lead strategic product initiatives that align innovation, operational excellence, and client-focused solutions—furthering Goldman Sachs’ legacy of excellence in global banking and financial services.
