Dallas, Texas, United States, June 2025 – Robert Pinedo has begun a new role as Vice President Human Resources & Strategic Leadership Development at Atlantic Aviation, furthering a nearly two-decade career with the organization. In this position, Robert will lead HR strategies and drive leadership development initiatives, working closely with a team of HR Business Partners to support Atlantic Aviation’s mission and continued expansion across North America.
Robert’s longstanding journey with Atlantic Aviation began in July 2006, where he has served in pivotal leadership roles for 19 years. Most recently, he was Vice President, Operations – Leadership & Development, where he played a key role in driving operational excellence and enhancing leadership capabilities within the organization for just over a year.
Prior to this, Robert held the position of Vice President – Workforce Planning and Management, overseeing workforce strategies and operational planning to support Atlantic Aviation’s growth and evolving needs.
Earlier, as Regional Director – Northwest, Robert was instrumental in managing operations across the Northwest region, consistently delivering on operational targets and leading high-performing teams for an extended tenure.
