With over two decades of human resources experience, Robin’s expertise positions her as a key leader in shaping SCA Health’s talent strategies and organizational growth.
Robin’s extensive background in human resources includes talent management, leadership development, and operational excellence, making her a valuable addition to the SCA Health leadership team. She will play a pivotal role in ensuring that SCA Health continues to excel in providing top-tier specialty care services across America.
Robin Glawson brings a wealth of HR leadership experience to her new role at SCA Health. Prior to this appointment, Robin served as Senior Director of Human Resources at SCA Health for nearly a year, where she spearheaded transformative HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Before joining SCA Health, Robin was the Vice President of Human Resources at National Cardiovascular Partners, LP, a role she held for a decade. In this capacity, she was instrumental in directing the organization’s HR functions and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent within the healthcare sector.
Earlier in her career, Robin served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Fresenius Medi
al Care North America, where she led HR initiatives that supported the organization’s growth and operational efficiency. Her contributions included policy development, compliance, and employee engagement programs.
Robin’s HR expertise was further honed during her time at Surgical Care Affiliates (now SCA Health), where she held leadership roles such as Group Human Resources Director and Group Human Resources Manager. She provided strategic HR support across multiple states and led initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and compliance.
Her career began with roles at HealthSouth and Baptist Health System, where she built a strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, and customer service.
