Palo Alto, California, United States, September 2025 – Virtana Corp. has announced the appointment of Robin McCaffrey as Vice President Human Resources. In this role, Robin will lead global HR strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation to strengthen Virtana’s position as a leader in hybrid IT infrastructure management.
Robin most recently served as Global Head of People at Panzura, where she reported directly to the CEO, leading global HR and talent acquisition functions. She guided international market expansions and enhanced HR capabilities to align business and people strategies. Under her leadership, employee engagement and organizational efficiency increased by 50% through streamlined processes and new HR technologies.
Prior to Panzura, Robin was Global Head of People at Imubit, where she drove workforce growth of more than 50% across the US, EMEA, and Israel. She designed global HR strategies that enabled a 50% revenue increase, expanded talent acquisition, and implemented development initiatives that boosted employee skills and retention.
Before that, she held the role of Global Head of People at o9 Solutions, Inc., overseeing HR operations across the US, India, Netherlands, China, and Japan. She spearheaded organizational restructuring that contributed to a 50% increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and enhanced productivity by 25% through targeted leadership development.
Earlier in her career, Robin served as an HR Business Partner at Toyota North America, where she played a pivotal role in workforce strategy, succession planning, and HR transition efforts during the company’s relocation to Texas. She also held multiple HR leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she led global workforce plans, complex M&A transitions, and strategic HR initiatives in partnership with senior leadership. Her foundation was built at i2 Technologies as a Resource Coordinator, managing consulting talent operations and supporting the company’s successful acquisition by JDA Software.
