Rohini Shankar most recently served as Advisor at SimpliCapital and Graphio.ai, where she provided strategic guidance on talent and organizational effectiveness while supporting early-stage ventures in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale region.
Previously, she was the Chief People Officer at NationsBenefits, where she focused on scaling HR practices, strengthening leadership, and driving employee engagement in the fast-growing healthcare benefits sector. Before that, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ciox Health, overseeing human capital strategy during a period of organizational transformation.
Her longest tenure was with GE Capital, where she spent nearly nine years in progressive HR leadership roles, including Senior VP Human Resources, Industrial Finance and Vice President, Human Resources, Direct Segment. She led global HR teams supporting businesses with multi-billion-dollar portfolios across North America, Europe, and Asia, and played a pivotal role in strategic planning, M&A integration, and leadership pipeline development.
She began her HR journey with GE Healthcare, where she held multiple HR Manager roles, supporting manufacturing, sourcing, performance solutions, and acquisitions integration. These early roles provided her with a strong foundation in talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
