Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, September 2025 — NEOM has announced the appointment of Rohit Bhagat as Head People Strategy – NEOM, where he will lead people strategy projects across all regions, sectors, and entities of the futuristic giga-project. In this role, he will play a pivotal part in shaping NEOM’s people agenda, organizational design, and culture transformation to support its ambitious vision for sustainable living.
Rohit is also the Founder & Chief Culture Curator at Culture Crucibles, a firm dedicated to redefining cultural maturity in organizations through innovative perspectives on organization building. Alongside, he has contributed significantly as an Organization Transformation & Change Leader at Korn Ferry, managing large-scale transformation programs for leading entities, including PIF-backed companies.
He also served as an Organizational Excellence Advisor with Frost & Sullivan, where he spearheaded transformation projects for Dubai Investment entities and advised public sector organizations on people practices, process excellence, and digital transformation. Earlier, as Principal Solution Architect at Huawei, Rohit worked on leadership development, organizational transformation, and HR maturity frameworks, extending his impact globally through thought leadership and government engagements.
Previously, he was the HR Transformation Practice Lead at ADQ, driving Emirati talent development, AI-driven skills mapping, digital talent strategies, and portfolio-wide mobility across 18 operating companies. His career further spans impactful leadership roles with Huawei, Majid Al Futtaim, Eurostar, EY, GEP Worldwide, and the Aditya Birla Group, building a rich portfolio of experience across HR transformation, culture change, talent development, and organizational excellence in diverse geographies.
