Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 – Rohit Jindal has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hamilton Housewares (Milton). In his new role, he will be responsible for steering the company’s HR strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation as Hamilton continues to strengthen its position as a global leader in homeware products.
Prior to joining Hamilton Housewares, Rohit Jindal served for approximately eight years as Head – Human Resources at Hygienic Research Institute (HRIPL), one of India’s most renowned homegrown personal care brands. During his tenure, he played a critical role in aligning HR practices with business growth across rural, semi-urban, and urban markets, managing brands like Vasmol and Streax.
Before that, he spent around two years with Raymond Consumer Care as Head – Human Resources, JKHCL, and was a distinguished member of the Raymond Leadership Academy. His work contributed to the strategic HR and expansion of Raymond’s iconic brands such as Park Avenue, KS, and KamaSutra.
Previously, Rohit had a long stint of nearly eight years with Lafarge India, where he served as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources, and was also a Lafarge University Certified Facilitator and Brand Ambassador – India. His contributions spanned across talent development, culture-building, and value-added HR interventions in the cement and construction materials domain.
His career began at Reliance Retail, where he served as Deputy Manager – Human Resources for close to two years, gaining exposure to India’s largest and most diversified retail ecosystem. This early experience set the foundation for his people-centric leadership approach and strategic HR thinking.
