In his new position, Dayavathi is responsible for partnering with the leadership team to shape and execute the people strategy aligned with business growth and capital deployment plans. His remit also includes designing scalable frameworks for organization structure, workforce planning, and leadership capability building, along with strengthening HR governance, compliance, and statutory frameworks across the organization.

Earlier at Greenko, he worked on strengthening HR policy and compliance governance, improving HRIS processes and audit readiness, and supporting leadership during integration and transition phases.
Earlier in his career, he worked with SunEdison in HR operations and C&B roles spanning multiple regions, where he supported HRIS implementations and standardized people processes across geographies.
