Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area, United States, November 2025 — Rohit Malik has started a new position as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Coronis Health, joining the healthcare revenue cycle management leader at a pivotal time of global expansion and digital transformation. In this strategic role, Malik will guide people strategy across geographies while strengthening leadership capability, talent practices and organizational culture.
Rohit Malik transitions to Coronis Health after serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at MATRIXX Software, where he led HR operations across more than 20 countries. His role spanned executive development, HR consulting, global hiring, HR technology, international recruitment, financial planning, vendor management and multi-country people practices. His ability to build globally aligned people systems positioned MATRIXX Software for stronger leadership, scalability and operational consistency.
Before MATRIXX, Malik spent over four years with R1 RCM in the United States, where he served as Vice President – HR Leader for Global Operations and earlier as Vice President – Global Leader, Enterprise Learning. His tenure included leadership of strategic business initiatives, human capital management, global mobility, total rewards strategies, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, departmental reorganization and enterprise learning transformation. His work significantly shaped people practices across global operations.
Earlier, he served as HR Head – International HR at Uptake, where he led global expansion efforts and multi-country HR support across ASEAN, the Middle East and Europe. He strengthened international recruitment, global compensation and benefits, HR systems, sales HR partnership, immigration, and global mobility. His work during this period enhanced Uptake’s global workforce readiness and operational reach.
A major foundation of Malik’s expertise was built during his 12-year journey with Aon, where he grew through multiple leadership roles, eventually becoming Regional CHRO for India and APAC. He oversaw HR strategy and execution across the region, led teams in HRBP, talent, recruitment and rewards; partnered with global HR centers of excellence; governed compliance requirements; drove diversity priorities; and shaped leadership development across thousands of employees. His earlier roles at Aon in talent management, managerial development, performance management, change readiness and leadership development further strengthened his expertise in transformation and people strategy.
In the earlier years of his career, Malik held several talent and training leadership roles at NIIT Limited, Vertex Data Science, and Hero Seveit, where he gained extensive experience in capability building, learning design, customer-facing training, and leadership coaching. His educational background includes advanced executive programs at Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Management, and a postgraduate qualification in HR from NMIMS.
