Seamons most recently served as Director of HR at iCOMAT, where he played a pivotal role in streamlining HR operations and talent acquisition. Prior to this, he was Chief People Officer at AMPLYFI, leading strategic HR functions and business development.
His career also includes leadership roles at NatWest and Careers Wales West, where he specialized in people management, career development, and business networking.
