United Kingdom, September 2025 — Roshini Muralidharan has been appointed as General Manager – Human Resources at Tritech Precision Products Limited. In this role, she will focus on strengthening the company’s HR function, driving organizational development, and enabling strategic growth across its global operations.
With over 13 years of experience spanning the manufacturing, engineering, and energy sectors in the UK and India, Muralidharan brings extensive expertise in organizational development, employee relations, talent management, and aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Before joining Tritech, she served as Talent Manager at Plastipak, where she led the development and execution of the company’s people strategy, covering talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational change, and trade union negotiations. Earlier, as HR Business Partner at Plastipak, she played a key role in workforce planning, restructuring projects, and talent development initiatives.
Previously, Muralidharan worked as an HR Adviser at AdviserPlus, where she provided pragmatic and compliant HR guidance across a wide range of employee relations matters. She also held HR roles at Tritech Group, Evolution Fuels, and the Royal Bank of Scotland, where she gained valuable international experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR transformation.
Her career began in HR and recruitment at the Indian Institute of Logistics and Allsec Technologies, where she built strong foundations in talent acquisition, compliance, and employee development. This breadth of experience across industries and geographies has shaped her as a people-focused leader committed to building high-performance cultures.
At Tritech, Muralidharan is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing HR strategies that support organizational growth and align with the company’s long-term vision.
