Costa Mesa, California, United States, September 2025 – Rupa Bernstein has been appointed Senior Director, People Operations at Anduril Industries. In this role, she will lead people operations strategy and scale HR platforms and programs that support Anduril’s rapid growth across multiple locations.
At Anduril Industries, Rupa has progressed through pivotal roles over the past year, most recently as Director, People Operations and earlier as People Systems Solution Architect. Her tenure at the company has centered on strengthening HR Operations and HRIS foundations to enable a high-performance, mission-driven workforce.
Before joining Anduril, Rupa served at Reltio as Director, HR Operations and Total Rewards, overseeing global HR operations, total rewards, and shared services for a multi-country workforce, while advancing scalable processes and systems aligned to business growth.
Earlier, she was Senior Manager, HR Operations at Brain Corp, where she led HR operations and platform modernization for a global team, building capabilities in performance, compensation, and data integrity to support expansion.
Prior to that, Rupa was Manager, HR Operations at Midland Credit Management (an Encore Capital Group company), guiding global HR operations, governance, and service delivery across multiple geographies.
Rupa’s broader background spans senior HR and operations roles at ID Analytics (a LexisNexis Risk Solutions company / formerly part of LifeLock and Symantec), InnovaSystems International, L3 (formerly Titan Corporation), and earlier corporate/legal operations positions at Hunton & Williams LLP, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Wright & Talisman, P.C., along with leadership and project roles at Turnstyles Ticketing and L & J Trucking Co. These experiences collectively shaped her expertise in HR Operations, HRIS, Total Rewards, change management, and scalable service delivery.
