In his new role, Ryan will lead ADT’s global people operations, overseeing HR transformation, shared services, and operational excellence to further strengthen the company’s employee experience and organizational performance.
Ryan brings over a decade of rich experience in human resources strategy, transformation, and operational leadership. Having been with ADT for more than five years, he most recently served as Senior Director – HR Operational Excellence, where he led the transition of the HR function from a traditional generalist model to a centralized Shared Services model. His leadership was instrumental in establishing the HR Central Call Center, Employee Relations function, and HR Technology Center of Excellence, driving innovation, efficiency, and consistency across ADT’s HR operations.
Before joining ADT, Ryan spent more than nine years at Allstate, where he held progressive leadership roles, including Senior HR Business Partner and Talent Management Team Manager. He led strategic HR initiatives supporting the West Central region’s $1.5B operations, designed centralized talent frameworks, and successfully managed large-scale change management projects during Allstate’s Transformative Growth reorganization.
