Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland, October 2025 – Svalner Atlas Finland (SAF) has announced the appointment of Saara Tikkanen as its new Chief People Officer and member of the management team, effective 1 October 2025. In this strategic leadership role, Saara will oversee all aspects of human capital strategy, organizational culture, and leadership development to support SAF’s continued growth as the leading independent tax and transaction advisory firm in the Nordics and Benelux.
Saara Tikkanen brings nearly two decades of experience in strategic HR leadership, transformation coaching, and organizational development, having held several senior HR roles across top Finnish and international organizations.
Before joining Svalner Atlas Finland, Saara served as Advisory Partner at Equita Talent Partners Oy and Founder & Executive Transformation Coach at Flouris Partners Oy, where she specialized in executive advisory, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Through these ventures, she guided leaders and teams across industries to drive sustainable growth through people-centered strategies.
Previously, Saara was CHRO at Eezy Oyj, where she played a key role in shaping company culture and modernizing HR operations. Her work in strategy implementation, employee engagement, and leadership capability development helped position Eezy as one of Finland’s most people-centric organizations.
Earlier, as CHRO at Verkkokauppa.com Oyj, Saara led a major HR transformation and cultural shift towards a coaching-style, data-driven, and performance-oriented workplace. Her initiatives strengthened organizational agility and directly supported the company’s growth as Finland’s most popular online retailer.
Her earlier leadership experiences include serving as Head of People & Culture at Edenred Finland and HR Manager at ISS Palvelut, where she focused on enhancing employee experience, leadership development, and employer branding. Saara began her career in HR roles with Nilson Group, Kämp Collection Hotels, and the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, where she gained extensive expertise in HR strategy, occupational health, and organizational learning.
