Helsinki, Finland, December 2025 — Gofore has announced the appointment of Saara Ukkonen as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Executive Management Team. Saara will transition into her new role no later than 1 April 2026, following the completion of her current responsibilities at Witted, where she serves as Group CFO. The announcement marks a strategic leadership addition as Gofore continues to strengthen its financial governance and support its international growth ambitions.
In her current role, Saara Ukkonen serves as Group CFO and Member of the Group Leadership Team at Witted, where she leads finance, legal, HR, and IT compliance across international operations spanning Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the United States. In this capacity, she has played a central role in company strategy execution, investor relations, board support, M&A transactions, taxation, financing, and working capital optimization, contributing to Witted’s growth as a listed technology consulting firm.
Prior to Witted, Saara held the role of Director, Finance Projects at Akkodis, where she led complex post-merger finance integrations following the merger of Akka Technologies and Modis. Her responsibilities included operating model transformation, ERP migrations, legal entity restructuring, US GAAP conversion, and synergy realization across global finance operations, reporting directly to the Group CFO as part of the global finance leadership team.
Earlier in her career, Saara spent several years at PwC, where she worked across Deals and Consulting, advising clients on financial due diligence, IPOs, carve-outs, restructuring, and finance transformation initiatives. Her experience also includes leadership roles in operational finance and auditing, building a strong foundation across corporate restructuring, governance, and financial control in multinational environments.
