Greater Bengaluru Area, Karnataka, India, June 2025 – Sachi Arabhavi has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Vidwath Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading digital education technology company transforming classroom learning experiences across India. In this new position, Sachi will lead people strategy, build resilient HR systems, and align human resource processes with Vidwath’s ambitious growth, ensuring compliance and guiding the organization through critical transitions.
Prior to this, Sachi served as Vice President Human Resources at HungerBox, where she played a pivotal role in aligning HR with business objectives, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and embedding a culture of continuous learning. She ensured HR practices were agile, data-driven, and compliant with industry standards.
Earlier, Sachi was Senior Human Resources Manager at AdCanopus Digital Media Pvt. Ltd., where she led core HR initiatives, managed compliance, and designed impactful learning and development programs. She also managed employee engagement, performance management, and global HR solutions during her tenure at Arizton Advisory & Intelligence.
Sachi has additionally held HR leadership roles at HungerBox, Nurseline Healthcare in the UK, and TLT LLP in the UK, where she managed end-to-end HR operations, change management, and employee experience programs. She also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco and as a Research Analyst at Manthan in her early career.
