Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Sachin Malhotra (SM) has joined Cielo Talent as Senior Vice President – Global Shared Services, marking a significant leadership addition to the organization’s global operations engine. In his new role, Sachin will spearhead the strategic evolution of Cielo’s shared services function, driving operational excellence, scalability, digital enablement, and cross-regional integration to strengthen centralized delivery and enterprise-wide efficiency.
Sachin brings over two decades of global experience in HR transformation, GCC leadership, business services management, and digital HR innovation across multinational organizations. He is widely recognized for his ability to integrate technology, analytics, and human-centered workforce strategies to enable agile, future-ready enterprises.
Sachin’s journey before joining Cielo Talent reflects a consistent record of transformation and growth.
He most recently served at Smiths Group plc, where he held critical leadership roles including Director – HR: Smiths India and GBS Site Head, and earlier as Global Director – People Operations / Digital Transformation. Across these roles, he led global business services strategy, digital HR modernization, and enterprise process optimization, helping build a unified and resilient operations and talent ecosystem.
Prior to Smiths, Sachin was associated with Aggreko, where he successfully led Global HR Operations and HR Systems transformation, modernizing delivery models and embedding scalable HR solutions across business units worldwide. His tenure strengthened operational maturity and contributed to enterprise-wide improvement in employee experience.
Sachin also worked with Chevron Phillips Chemical Company as a Senior HR Consultant, where he played a pivotal role in HR business partnering and strategic workforce planning across diverse business environments. Earlier at LTI Mindtree, he led SAP HCM and HR systems programs, laying the foundation for his later work in digital enablement and HR technology transformation.
His early career included talent acquisition and HR operations leadership, demonstrating a strong grounding that evolved into enterprise-scale HR and shared services leadership. A proud XLRI Jamshedpur alumnus, Sachin combines strategic foresight with a people-first approach. Outside of work, he is passionate about sustainability and enjoys playing pickleball, emphasizing balance, well-being, and continuous growth.
