Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 — Sachin Tiwari has been promoted to Vice President – Human Resources at magicpin, marking a significant leadership milestone in his journey with the company.
Sachin has been associated with magicpin for over two years and most recently served as Head of Human Resources, where he played a critical role in strengthening people strategy, driving organisational effectiveness, and supporting the company’s growth journey. In his expanded role as Vice President – Human Resources, he will continue to lead the HR function with a sharper focus on organisational leadership, talent strategy, culture building, and people operations aligned with business priorities.
Before joining magicpin, Sachin served as Vice President – Human Resources at FarMart, where he was responsible for HR operations, organisational leadership, and people strategy during a phase of scale and transformation.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at CARS24, where he worked as Senior General Manager, HRBP Head, People and Culture, and later as Associate Director, People and Culture – Business Partner, supporting fast-growing business verticals with a strong emphasis on organisational leadership and talent acquisition.
Sachin spent over six years at Snapdeal as Senior Manager – Talent Development, Growth, Culture & Engagement, where he was instrumental in driving talent management, succession planning, culture initiatives, HR compliance, and employer branding during a high-growth phase.
Earlier in his career, he was associated with Altisource as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where he gained deep experience across HR business partnering, employee relations, payroll operations, statutory compliance, and process automation across large, multi-geography workforces.
Sachin holds an Executive CHRO Programme in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resources Development) from The ICFAI University Tripura.
