Pune, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Sajith Chakkingal has been appointed as the Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Anthesis Group, where he will spearhead the company’s global technology vision. In this pivotal role, he will drive scalable, secure, and service-centric solutions that align with Anthesis Group’s growth trajectory and sustainability-focused mission.
Sajith joins Anthesis Group after more than six years at TMF Group, where he most recently served as Head of Global Technology Services and India Technology Centre. In this role, he led the company’s digital transformation journey, strengthening technology infrastructure and ensuring compliance with global standards. He also oversaw global operations, budget management, and stakeholder alignment, delivering robust and innovative solutions.
Earlier, Sajith was with Eurofins as Senior Director and later as Director, where he built and scaled global IT services, optimized resources, and advanced organizational efficiency. He also established global IT centers that contributed to enhanced business growth and operational excellence.
His career includes leadership roles at PTC, Barclays, and Mott MacDonald, where he directed digital transformation, technology services, and IT strategy across multiple geographies. Sajith also served at T-Systems International and Mphasis, where he honed his expertise in service delivery, IT infrastructure, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Sajith began his professional journey with the Indian Air Force (IAF), serving as an Information Technology Specialist for more than eight years. This early foundation in discipline and technology laid the groundwork for his long-standing career in global IT leadership.
