Cairo, Egypt, January 2025 – Saleh Algroony has been appointed as Group Chief People and Corporate Services at Giza Systems, where he will lead strategic HR initiatives, corporate governance, and business transformation efforts across the organization. In his new role, he will oversee talent development, corporate services, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term business goals.
Prior to joining Giza Systems, Saleh served as Chief People and Corporate Services Officer at solutions by stc for over two years, where he was responsible for workforce transformation, leadership development, and corporate services strategy. During his tenure, he played a key role in optimizing HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and driving organizational efficiency.

Before that, he held multiple leadership positions at solutions by stc, including Business Excellence VP and General Manager, People, contributing to HR transformation and business strategy alignment. His expertise in succession planning, talent development, and HR governance was instrumental in shaping the company’s leadership pipeline.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Saudi Electricity Company for over six years, where he led succession planning, executive talent assessment, and leadership development initiatives. His tenure included roles such as Succession Planning Div. Manager, Executive Succession Planning Team Member, and Assessment Center Manager, where he focused on building leadership pipelines and enhancing talent mobility within the organization.
