Sam has been with GBG Plc for four years, previously serving as Director of Talent Development and Lead Global Talent Development Partner. In these roles, she led a team of global talent specialists, delivering scalable learning solutions that empowered employees to develop, grow, and thrive in a digitally-driven environment. Her strategic focus on engagement, succession, and development has contributed significantly to GBG’s culture of innovation and inclusion.
Prior to joining GBG, Sam held the role of Talent Development Partner at Tribal Group, supporting global education technology teams with learning design and performance enablement. Before that, she spent a decade at Michelmores LLP, where she served as Head of Learning and Talent Development, driving end-to-end leadership, professional development, and business skills programming in a leading UK law firm.
Sam also held key HR leadership positions at PA Housing, Ladbrokes Coral, and LexisNexis, where she built a strong foundation in people development, HR transformation, and strategic business partnering. Her experience spans sectors such as legal, education, technology, gaming, and housing, with a consistent emphasis on enabling people to reach their full potential.
