Samantha has been with Puig for over three years and previously served as Director, Human Resources – North America, where she played a key role in strengthening HR strategy and supporting the company’s expanding operations across the region. Her elevation reflects her contribution to building strong people practices within a fast-growing, global, family-owned business.
Before joining Puig, Samantha spent nearly three years with Kenneth Cole Productions, where she progressed through multiple HR roles including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist, gaining deep experience across employee relations, talent management, and HR operations in the fashion industry.
Earlier in her career, she held roles at The Corcoran Group, where she served as Human Resources Specialist and Coordinator, and at Gilt.com, where she worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced startup environment. She began her HR career with roles at ABC Carpet & Home and the 1199 National Benefit Fund, building a strong foundation in HR operations and employee support.
