Samantha Kent has built her recent leadership journey at Waterfall Asset Management LLC, where she previously served as Human Resources Associate, supporting core HR operations, talent processes and workforce engagement initiatives. Her elevation reflects strong internal progression and trusted people leadership.
Prior to joining Waterfall, Samantha served as Assistant Vice President – Program Support Manager at Barclays Investment Bank, where she led early careers coaching for investment professionals, supported campus recruiting programs and strengthened leadership development and workforce readiness initiatives.
