In this mandate, she will partner with business leadership to drive talent strategy, workforce engagement and organisational effectiveness across Waterfall’s structured credit and private equity investment platforms.
Samantha Kent has built her recent leadership journey at Waterfall Asset Management LLC, where she previously served as Human Resources Associate, supporting core HR operations, talent processes and workforce engagement initiatives. Her elevation reflects strong internal progression and trusted people leadership.
Prior to joining Waterfall, Samantha served as Assistant Vice President – Program Support Manager at Barclays Investment Bank, where she led early careers coaching for investment professionals, supported campus recruiting programs and strengthened leadership development and workforce readiness initiatives.
Earlier, she worked as Human Resources & Organization Generalist at Salvatore Ferragamo, where she handled talent acquisition, learning & development, employee relations, wellness initiatives and HR systems development.
