Dallas, Texas, United States, April 2025 – Samantha Oakley has been appointed as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Concentra, the nation’s leader in occupational healthcare. In her new role, Samantha will lead strategic initiatives to drive enterprise hiring across the organization’s extensive network of more than 540 medical centers and 150 onsite clinics, supporting the company’s mission of improving the health of America’s workforce.
Prior to joining Concentra, Samantha Oakley served as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Development at Pluralsight, where she played a pivotal role during the organization’s restructuring and expansion into live learning solutions. She led initiatives that integrated learning and development with talent acquisition and helped steer the company through its acquisition by Blue Owl.
Earlier at Pluralsight, she held the role of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, where she designed a scalable recruitment strategy that reduced vacancy rates from 24% to 4% and successfully executed a large-scale team transition to APAC. Her efforts were instrumental in rapidly scaling the business across the US, APAC, and EMEA.
Previously, Samantha was the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Elara Caring, one of the largest home care providers in the United States. She built and led a 60-member TA team and integrated hiring strategies across a workforce of 30,000 employees, supporting both clinical and operational growth in 16 states.
She also held senior talent acquisition leadership roles at DentalOne Partners and Baylor Scott & White Health, where she spearheaded recruitment transformation, reduced turnover, and implemented LEAN process improvements. Earlier in her career, she served in HR and recruiting roles at CareNow, The Limited, Melt Bath and Skincare, and Gap Inc.
