Bolton, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Samantha Thomas-Berry has joined Warburtons as Chief People Officer. In this role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, strengthening culture, talent, and organizational capability at the UK’s largest bakery brand.
Prior to joining Warburtons, Samantha Thomas-Berry served as VP Global Talent & Chief Diversity Officer at Kellanova, where she led global talent and diversity strategies supporting enterprise transformation and inclusive leadership initiatives.
She previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Kellogg Company, including VP Global Talent and Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President, European HR. Over nearly a decade with the organization, she shaped European HR strategy, led large cross-regional teams, and supported major supply chain and organizational transformation initiatives. Earlier at Kellogg, she served as Senior HR Director, EMEA Supply Chain and Head of HR – Manufacturing, driving talent planning, lean transformation programs, and employee relations strategy across complex manufacturing environments.
Earlier in her career, Samantha Thomas-Berry held HR leadership roles at BAE Systems and Marconi PLC, where she focused on performance strategy, reward systems, and operational HR support within large-scale industrial and manufacturing settings.
