Toronto, Ontario, Canada, November 2025 — Publicis Media has announced the elevation of Sameer Baig to Senior Human Resources Business Partner, recognizing his impactful contributions to the company’s HR strategy and business partnering excellence. In his new role, Sameer will continue to support multiple agencies and leadership teams across Zenith, Spark, Finance, PMX, and APEX, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organizational capability, and people performance across the Publicis Media network.
Sameer’s journey with Publicis Media has been marked by rapid growth and strategic leadership. Since joining the company in early 2023 as Human Resources Business Partner, he has been instrumental in strengthening HR processes, fostering collaboration between business leaders and people teams, and aligning talent strategy with organizational goals. His promotion underscores Publicis Media’s commitment to recognizing and developing exceptional in-house talent.
Before joining Publicis Media in Canada, Sameer served as Manager – Talent & Transformation at Publicis Media India, where he oversaw employee lifecycle management, rewards and recognition, campus relations, and performance management systems for Performics India, one of the country’s leading digital marketing agencies. His ability to bridge operational HR practices with employee-centric initiatives positioned him as a key HR leader within the group.
Earlier, he held a leadership role at KPMG India as Senior HR Business Partner for the Integrated Center of Excellence (ICoE) business unit, where he led engagement, rewards, and development programs across multiple functions. Sameer also spent over four years at Saint-Gobain, where he advanced from Management Trainee HR to Talent Partner II, managing learning and development, employer branding, and HR projects for the company’s IT division.
In his new capacity, Sameer will continue to champion talent engagement and workforce transformation at Publicis Media, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision of delivering client growth in an evolving, platform-powered world.
