Prior to joining Wipro, Neha served as Assistant Manager – HR at M&G Global Services, where she led recruitment for non-tech BFSI roles, managed applicant tracking systems, and ensured robust talent acquisition operations. Her ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals enabled her to contribute significantly to the company’s hiring success.
Before M&G, she was with Hexaware Technologies for over six years, where she specialized in leadership hiring for Hexaware BPS. Neha played a pivotal role in scaling niche and high-impact hiring strategies across the BFSI sector, driving operational excellence and senior-level hiring efficiency.
She began her career with Infovision HR Consulting Services and gained early experience with recruitment firms like Think People Solutions and V4C Career Consulting, where she handled hiring mandates across industries. Her expertise includes end-to-end recruitment, executive search, client engagement, and leadership pipeline development.
At Wipro, Neha will work closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with future-ready initiatives, helping shape the company’s global leadership ecosystem.
