India, August 2026 — Sanjay Sharma has been appointed Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at BPTP Ltd., taking on responsibility for overseeing the company’s operations and supporting growth and strategic execution across its key real estate projects.
In his new leadership role, Sanjay will contribute his extensive experience in real estate operations, project execution, business strategy, technical leadership, growth planning, and operational excellence. His appointment strengthens BPTP’s senior leadership as the company continues developing large-scale residential communities and advancing its long-term growth agenda.
Before joining BPTP Ltd., Sanjay served as Director of Operations at Runwal Realty, where his responsibilities covered business operations, growth, and strategy. His role involved contributing to operational leadership and supporting the execution of the company’s real estate business priorities.
Prior to Runwal Realty, Sanjay spent more than six years with Puravankara Limited. Most recently, he served as Business Head, following a nearly six-year tenure as President – Technical. Across these roles, he developed substantial experience in business leadership, technical operations, project delivery, and the execution of large-scale real estate developments.
Earlier, Sanjay served for approximately seven years as Chief Operating Officer at Emaar India. In this position, he built deep experience in real estate operations and the management of complex development activities across the company’s portfolio in India.
With a career spanning senior operational, technical, and business leadership roles across prominent real estate companies, Sanjay brings a strong combination of strategic perspective and execution expertise to BPTP. His appointment is expected to support the company’s focus on operational discipline, sustainable growth, and the delivery of high-quality real estate projects.
