Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — VIP Industries Limited has appointed Sameer Wanchoo as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates its next phase of brand, portfolio and digital transformation. In his new role, Sameer will lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy, brand building, category growth, and consumer engagement across VIP’s multi-brand travel and lifestyle portfolio.
In his current professional chapter, Sameer Wanchoo has taken on the role of Chief Marketing Officer at VIP Industries Limited, where he is entrusted with shaping the brand narrative, accelerating category leadership, and strengthening VIP’s position as a global travel and lifestyle powerhouse.
Immediately prior, Sameer served as Chief Marketing Officer at Eureka Forbes Ltd. for over seven years, where he led large-scale brand revitalization, digital marketing transformation, portfolio expansion, and category leadership strategies across home solutions and consumer durables.
Earlier, he was Vice President – Marketing at CavinKare, leading marketing for personal care, foods and beverages, and previously served as General Manager – Marketing (Hair Care) at CavinKare, where he was category head for iconic brands such as Chik, Nyle, Meera and Karthika.
Sameer also held key leadership roles at Mattel, Inc. as Category Manager – Infant & Pre-school, Future Retail (Big Bazaar – FoodBazaar) as Head – West Zone, and earlier built his FMCG marketing foundation at Dabur India Limited. He began his career in media and sports marketing with ESPN Star Sports and Starcom.
Sameer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management.
