Covington, Georgia, United States, August 2024 – Anant Garg has been promoted to the role of Vice President HR, Urology and Critical Care at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company). In this capacity, Anant will lead the human resources functions for BD’s Urology and Critical Care business, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
Anant has been with BD for nearly five years, where he most recently served as the Senior HR Director for Global Supply Chain and Europe Operations. In this role, he provided HR leadership across BD’s worldwide supply chain, procurement, and operational excellence organizations, as well as overseeing HR functions for manufacturing operations throughout EMEA.
Prior to joining BD, Anant held the position of Director Human Resources, India and South Asia at Eli Lilly and Company. His leadership in this role was pivotal in shaping the HR strategies for the region, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and development.
Earlier in his career, Anant gained extensive experience in HR consulting at Mercer Consulting and HR roles at Accenture, where he honed his skills in talent management, performance improvement, and organizational development.
