Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, August 2025 — Spark Minda Group has announced the appointment of Sandeep Bist as Head of Group Talent Acquisition. An MBA (HR) and Diploma in Labour Law professional with over 15 years of experience, Sandeep brings a strong track record in the manufacturing and auto ancillary sectors. His expertise spans leadership hiring, talent management, employer branding, employee engagement, training and development, industrial relations, and corporate compliance.

Sandeep’s association with Spark Minda dates back to 2018, where he served as Human Resources Manager before progressing to Senior Human Resources Manager and now into his current leadership role. Over the years, he has led high-impact HR initiatives, including performance-based appraisal systems, structured training programs, reward and recognition frameworks, and organizational restructuring. His efforts have consistently aligned human capital strategies with business objectives, enabling measurable outcomes in talent acquisition and engagement.

Before rejoining Spark Minda in 2022, Sandeep worked as Senior Manager – Corporate Human Resources at MOTUL, driving corporate HR strategies. Earlier, he held the role of Deputy Manager at RACL Geartech Limited, where he implemented KRA-based performance systems, designed structured training frameworks, and championed cultural change programs.

His earlier career includes impactful stints as Senior Executive – Human Resources at Oerlikon Graziano Trasmissioni India Pvt. Ltd., Executive – HR & CRM at Prearey Lall & Sons (E.P.) Ltd., and an internship with Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd. Sandeep has earned distinction in the ‘Masters in Training & Facilitation’ program from Middle Earth Consultants, designed HR manuals, initiated in-house magazines, and launched successful engagement programs such as “The Rising Star.”
