Prior to joining Godrej Properties, Sandeep Navlakhe served as Chief Projects Officer at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd, where he led the planning and execution of seven greenfield and brownfield airport projects across the country. His role encompassed project management, contract governance, and construction oversight, contributing to the group’s strategic expansion in aviation infrastructure.

Before his tenure at Adani, he spent over eight years at Tata Projects as Executive Vice President & BU Head (Buildings, Factories & Airports), overseeing complex civil infrastructure projects and driving business growth. He played a key role in building iconic structures and operationalizing high-impact developments across sectors.

He also held leadership roles at LODHA Group, where he managed large-scale vertical housing development, and at Larsen & Toubro, where he built a 23-year career across diverse functions such as project management, contracts, planning, and execution. His major contributions include projects for IIT Bombay, the American Embassy in Mumbai, and landmark developments for Reliance Retail and Oberoi Realty.

Sandeep’s early years were spent delivering significant infrastructure assignments with organizations such as Usha Ispat, where he worked on the Redi steel plant, and Janacim Electronics, where he led the construction of office facilities. These foundational experiences reflect his end-to-end understanding of civil engineering and infrastructure delivery.
