Vanessa Moore‘s career began at Yorkshire Water, where she served as an HR Business Partner for nine years. In this role, she supported large operational units in a heavily unionized environment, spearheaded leadership development initiatives, and facilitated HR strategies that contributed to significant cost-saving efforts.
After Yorkshire Water, Vanessa joined Yorkshire Building Society, where she excelled as Lead HR Consultant for almost six years. She played a critical role in group transformation and change programs, including organizational design and branch closure programs, showcasing her ability to navigate complex transitions while prioritizing employee well-being.
Vanessa then joined Morrisons as People Manager – Reward Projects, where she managed high-stakes equal pay projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and leadership in a challenging environment.
In 2021, Vanessa advanced to Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Vanquis Banking Group, where she contributed to the company’s success by delivering strategic HR solutions across key business functions, further solidifying her reputation as a dynamic HR leader.
