Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2025 – Sanjay Sharma has joined Bluspring Enterprises Limited as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, bringing with him a robust career spanning nearly two decades across diverse sectors. In his new role, Sanjay will lead the pan-India HR strategy for both Core and Associate functions, ensuring seamless alignment of talent priorities with business objectives across Bluspring’s integrated infrastructure management ecosystem.
Prior to joining Bluspring, Sanjay served as Global Head of Human Resources at Stemz Healthcare, where he led HR strategy across six countries, driving key initiatives in global talent acquisition, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. His leadership contributed to a cohesive and agile HR framework supporting rapid international growth.
Before Stemz, he held the position of Head HR – Commercial Air Conditioning at Voltas Limited, a Tata enterprise, where he worked closely with business leaders to drive talent development, engagement, and strategic workforce planning for one of the organization’s most competitive business units.
Sanjay also played a significant role as Deputy General Manager – BHR at Tata Motors, where he managed HR responsibilities for the Electric Vehicle Business Unit (EVBU) and the Commercial Vehicle Business Unit’s quality function. His efforts were instrumental in advancing HR transformation and organizational capability during a critical phase of innovation.
Earlier in his career, Sanjay held leadership roles at TeamLease Services, Concorde Motors, Legero Lighting, and HCL Technologies, handling end-to-end HRBP responsibilities, talent acquisition, training, and engagement. His deep experience across staffing, automotive, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors equips him to lead with agility in fast-paced environments.
Sanjay holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and has further honed his strategic HR leadership through the APHRM program at IIM Lucknow.
