Mumbai, May 2024 – Tata Cancer Care Foundation (TCCF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Santosh Singh as the new Head HR. With over 23 years of extensive experience in human resources management, Santosh is set to drive HR strategy and administration for the organization from its corporate office in Mumbai.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head HR at Tata Cancer Care Foundation at Corporate Office, Mumbai,” said Santosh Singh. “Excited for my new professional journey, and I am eager to deliver greater value to our organization.”
Santosh joins TCCF after a notable tenure of seven years at Narayana Health. As DGM HR, he led HR operations across 24 hospitals and seven heart centers, ensuring strategic alignment of HR initiatives. His previous roles at Narayana Health included Senior Human Resources Manager and DGM HR in Mumbai and Raipur, respectively.
Prior to his time at Narayana Health, Santosh held senior HR positions at Safari Industries India Ltd, where he was instrumental in developing HR strategy, implementing HRMS, and enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. He also served as Manager HR at Emco Ltd, overseeing HR and administration across multiple business units and manufacturing plants.
His career journey also includes roles at MOLEKULE INDIA PVT. LTD, Cipla Ltd, and Wanbury Limited, where he managed end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, training, and policy implementation.
With a wealth of experience across the pharmaceutical, consumer durable, and healthcare sectors, Santosh is well-positioned to lead Tata Cancer Care Foundation’s HR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
